Step Into the Conversation with YDEK is your opportunity to share your insights and experiences. Select the topics that resonate with you, and once we have 3-5 interested voices in a category, we'll reach out to confirm your spot and schedule your session. Join us in spotlighting Memphis voices, one interview at a time, and let your story be heard! Panel Contribution — $10 To participate in a YDEK panel, there is a $10 contribution fee. This small fee supports the materials used during each session, including: The formal guest booklet summarizing all panel information Paper, pens, sticky notes, and name tags Light refreshments for in‑person panels Every dollar goes directly toward creating a thoughtful, organized, and engaging panel experience. To keep our conversations grounded and informed, please be prepared to provide three links related to the topic(s) you select. These help us fact‑check, prepare, and ensure the panel reflects real information and lived experience.

Cancellation Policy
(For Saturday Interview Bookings) Overview Booking a YDEK — You Don’t Even Know! podcast interview reserves your Saturday recording slot for an in‑person or virtual session. All interviews are free, consent‑based, and follow the same production process outlined in your official guest packet. Scheduling & Availability Interviews are available Saturdays only, between 12 PM and 8 PM. Guests must select a time that works for them and complete all required fields. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. Pre‑Recording Requirements To ensure a smooth and grounded conversation, guests must complete the following before recording: Review the Guest Prep Sheet Review the Grounding Questions Complete the Tech Check (virtual guests) Confirm recording preference (In‑Person or Virtual) Sign the Guest Release Agreement Arrive or log in 10–15 minutes early These steps come directly from your guest packet: “Arrive (in‑person) or log on (virtually) 10–15 minutes early so we have time to settle in.” “Guest Release Agreement must be signed before recording.” Recording Format Guests may choose: In‑Person Recording (Memphis location) Virtual Recording (YouTube/Kick) Virtual guests must follow packet guidelines: “Wear headphones or earbuds… quiet space… stable internet.” Safe Space & Consent YDEK is a consent‑based, judgment‑free recording environment. Nothing will air without your approval. You may request edits before release. Sensitive topics will not be introduced without prior discussion. From your packet: “This is a safe space… nothing will air that you haven’t given your blessing to.” Guest Rights Guests have the right to: Request edits Review the episode before it goes live Decline any question or topic Ask for clarification at any time No Compensation / No Fees All interviews are voluntary and free. “Participation… is entirely voluntary and no monetary compensation is provided.” Rescheduling & Cancellations Guests may reschedule up to 24 hours before their session. Cancellations should be communicated via email or text. No‑shows may require re‑approval before rebooking. Promotion & Use of Content By booking, guests acknowledge that clips, quotes, and promotional materials may be used across YDEK platforms. This mirrors the packet’s Grant of Rights section.
