By signing this agreement, you (the "Guest") agree to grant You Don't Even Know! Podcast (the "Podcast") a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to record, edit, and distribute your voice and likeness for the purposes of episode publication and promotional activities. You acknowledge that:

  • The Podcast reserves all editorial rights to the final recording.
  • You will not receive financial compensation for your appearance.
  • You represent that all shared stories and statements are true and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • The Podcast may use your social media handle and name for promotion.
  • Recordings may be used across multiple platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Kick, and Instagram.
